TRAINERS AND MANAGERS

Trainers and managers are vital to the success of the Chesterton High School football team because they allow coaches and players to focus on performing at their best. Trainers help keep athletes healthy by preventing injuries, providing immediate care on the field, and guiding safe return-to-play plans so players can stay on the field and in the classroom. Managers handle many behind-the-scenes details—such as communication, organization, and equipment—which keeps the program running smoothly and reduces stress on the coaching staff. Together, these support roles create a safer, more organized, and more positive environment where Trojan players can grow, compete, and represent Chesterton with pride.
