FRESHMAN CLASS
The freshman football class is where the journey truly begins, as players adjust to the higher expectations, speed, and physicality of high school football. They are learning the playbook, the program’s standards, and how to work consistently in the weight room and at practice while balancing school and a new team environment. Guided by their coaches and older teammates, freshmen start to build confidence, toughness, and good habits that will carry them through the rest of their high school careers. Their enthusiasm, effort, and willingness to learn bring fresh energy to the program and lay the groundwork for future success.
